This hotel has immense potential with its spacious layout and fun amenities. However, it falters with maintenance issues and inconsistencies in service, especially regarding cleanliness and access to paid amenities. The kids loved the outdoor pool area, but the food quality varied greatly during our stay, which was a letdown.

My stay had its ups and downs. While the hotel is quite large and offers fun activities for families, the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, and the dining options were underwhelming. However, my kids loved the pool area and the outdoor activities. I felt it could have been a better experience overall.
